Ordering
In the event that a product listed on GreatHempLabs is mistakenly priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.
Due to demand and limited supply, certain products may be subject to quantity restrictions. GreatHempLabs reserves the right to alter the availability of products at any time, even after an order has been placed.
Order Cancellation

Please note that while we will make every effort to honor cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation if an order has already been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed, it is being prepared for shipment. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping and Handling
Orders will generally be dispatched within 48 business hours. We prioritize processing orders quickly, especially for customers with paid shipping.
In cases where GreatHempLabs confirms an order but later encounters difficulties fulfilling it, we will reach out to arrange for an exchange. If there is a price difference, we will either refund the excess amount or request payment for the difference. Alternatively, we can assist in canceling the order and issuing a full refund.
Please note that all shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information may not be immediately updated and will generally be available once your package reaches a transit location or post office.
Shipping times are calculated in business days, Monday to Friday. Please anticipate delays during major holidays, such as Christmas, Chinese Lunar New Year, and Black Friday.
If your shipping address is incorrect by the time the order is shipped, we cannot modify it afterward. GreatHempLabs is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect shipping information. If the error causes the order to be rejected, lost, or damaged, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. If the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded for the full order cost, minus any shipping fees.
All orders marked as "delivered" by the shipping service are considered delivered. GreatHempLabs cannot be held liable for any non-delivery in such cases.
Any claims for undelivered orders must be made within 3 months from the shipment date. After this period, we are unable to investigate or offer compensation.
